Start massaging in the shampoo from the nape of your neck moving upwards towards the top of the scalp. Put mild pressure on the roots with your fingers to loosen the dirt and grime from the scalp. Do this for 2 to 3 minutes then rub the lather down the length of your strands to clean them.
Rinse your hair well with plenty of warm water; follow with cold water rinse to seal the cuticles and add smoothness and shine. Use a microfiber towel to soak up extra moisture from wet hair. Let your hair air dry naturally.
